Cut Vinyl Method: We start by using a cut-out heavy duty indoor/outdoor vinyl and put it on either a standard Melamine non-magnetic dry erase board or on a porcelain steel, magnetic dry erase board.
Magnetic boards last longer and ghost less so we offer you the choice of coating them or not with our exclusive Opti-RiteŽ Clear dry erase material. Melamine or non-magnetic dry erase boards don't hold up as well and don't erase well so we cover these custom printed boards regardless. The Opti-RiteŽ covers and protects your cut vinyl lettering indefinately and keeps it from peeling off the boards after years of erasing and writing. A common problem with most other vinyl type boards.
Black is the standard vinyl color but we do offer other vinyl colors as well. If you use any cut vinyl other than black you must select the Opti-RiteŽ clear coating to protect the colored vinyl.

We create a PDF proof for you to sign off on before creating any boards.
There is a one-time $50.00 set up fee. We keep your artwork on file for a period of one year from your last order.
Custom printed graphic boards are not returnable.
Our normal lead-time for board proofs is 2-3 business days from receipt of acceptable artwork.
Finished boards will take about 10-12 working days after we receive your signed and accepted proof back. *Please note that boards without marker trays may add up to 3-5 business days.

Your order will come to you by truck or UPS. On Truck orders, you have to open and inspect your order prior to signing for it regardless of what the outside of the carton may look like. Large objects like these can be damaged during transit and it is your responsibility to inspect your shipment on arrival. We will replace any damaged product free of charge if it is signed for as damaged.
Within the continental U.S. there is a flat shipping fee on Truck orders of $100.00 on all custom printed graphics chalkboards or dry erase boards including magnetic dry erase calendars for curb side or loading dock delivery. UPS shipments are sent at UPS published rates.
