Magnetic Whiteboard Wall Specs: The full height whiteboard wall panels are a 24 gauge, P3 porcelain on steel, magnetic receptive, whiteboard panel that is laminated to 1/2" particle board. The 24 gauge porcelain steel panel and fiberboard are laminated with a foil vapor barrier backing to keep the panels true and even. The whiteboard panels are connected with a concealed 14 Gauge steel spline joint. These are installed into a route which is cut at the factory along the long side or edge of the 4' x 6' or 4' x 8' panel thus creating a tongue and groove. The panels are finished off with 3/4" satin anodized aluminum trims which is needed for installation purposes and for giving your whiteboard wall a nice clean edge. The weights per panels are 3.125 pounds per square foot.
Installation is done with L-Clips and a heavy duty panel adhesive applied to the backs of the panels.

Mid Gloss Panels: Some customers want the ability to be able to project an image on the whiteboards as well as write on them. Our whiteboard walls are created using a mid-gloss porcelain steel panel. You can project onto them but there are a number of factors that will determine how well the image appears. Ambient lighting, the angle of your projector, the projector itself, the size of the room and many other factors come into play. However, many of our customers successfully use these whiteboard walls for just this purpose.
A whiteboard does not make the perfect projection medium but in a classroom situation or training class they work pretty well.
A magnetic full-height whiteboard wall is a custom order that is being manufactured just for you and the whiteboard walls are not returnable. The normal lead-time for our full height magnetic whiteboard walls is about 3-4 weeks.
Due to their size all full height wall units must ship via truck, please see the bottom of the page for details. Delivery does not include any inside delivery charges.
If your order comes to you by truck you have to open and inspect your order regardless of what the outside of the carton may look like. Large objects like these can be damaged during transit and it is your responsibility to inspect your shipment on arrival. We will replace any damaged product free of charge if it is signed for as damaged upon arrival.
*If your order must ship by truck we have a shipping fee of $100.00 within the continental U.S. to your loading docks or curb side. If your board order is over $850 then you will only be charged a flat fee of $45. There is a service charge of $35.00 for "Call Ahead" service. Custom orders and graphics orders are not included in our free shipping program.
