Most of our open-faced letter boards can ship by UPS. Only the 305 and 406 letter boards (36" x 60" and 48" x 72" Models) have to ship by truck because of their size. They are too large to ship by UPS.
Our indoor open faced, changeable letter boards feature an attractive soft satin anodized aluminum trim or clear varnish finished red oak wood. The letter board backing used is a black felt material with standard grooves to accept the white plastic letters that have a small tab at the bottom of each plastic letter and which are sold separately.

Black felt letter boards ship by UPS with the exception of the 36"x60" and 48"x72" units which ship via freight truck. Indoor, open faced, black felt letter boards have an average lead time is about 10-12 working days to ship from the factory. The white plastic letters if ordered ship separately from another factory in 1-2 working days via UPS.
If your order comes to you by truck you have to open and inspect your order regardless of what the outside of the carton may look like. Large objects like these can be damaged during transit and it is your responsibility to inspect your shipment on arrival. We will replace any damaged product free of charge if it is signed for as damaged upon arrival.
*If your order must ship by truck we have a shipping fee of $100.00 within the continental U.S. to your loading docks or curb side. If your board order is over $850 then you will only be charged a flat fee of $45. There is a service charge of $35.00 for "Call Ahead" service. Custom orders and graphics orders are not included in our free shipping program.
