*Quick Ship quantities may be limited to 3 units per size. Larger orders will ship in 10-12 working days. If you're order qualifies and it doesn't ship from the factory by the end of the 3rd working day, we'll pay the freight charges. Orders cannot be combined with other non-Quick Ship items. Only orders with all Quick Ship items will ship as Quick Ship orders. Guarantee begins one business day after your order is placed.
If your order comes to you by truck you have to open and inspect your order regardless of what the outside of the carton may look like. Large objects like these can be damaged during transit and it is your responsibility to inspect your shipment on arrival. We will replace any damaged product free of charge if it is signed for as damaged upon arrival.
*If your order must ship by truck we have a shipping fee of $100.00 within the continental U.S. to your loading docks or curb side. If your board order is over $850 then you will only be charged a flat fee of $45. There is a service charge of $35.00 for "Call Ahead" service. Custom orders and graphics orders are not included in our free shipping program.
