Finally, enclosed dry erase boards with locking doors. OptiMA has created enclosed magnetic whiteboards for both indoor and outdoor use.
These enclosed dry erase boards have a porcelain steel, magnetic receptive dry erase board writing surface enclosed in our indoor or outdoor satin anodized aluminum cases. The magnetic writing surface allows you to both write on the surface or post printed materials using magnets creating the ultimate dual purpose message centers.
These enclosed dry erase boards with locking doors have a satin anodized aluminum casing and tamper resistant lockable doors mounted on full-length piano hinges. The windows are a clear shatter-resistant acrylic.
The outdoor enclosed dry erase boards have a weather resistant aluminum backing with silicone sealant around the edges. There are also drain holes in the bottom of the whiteboard cabinet to facilitate ventilation and drainage should any moisture accumulate in the units. Without ventilation your unit would overheat in the sun.
Please remember that the outdoor enclosed dry erase boards with locking doors are not weather proof but highly weather resistant. We can't protect against such forces as hurricanes or blizzards, etc. In addition if you mount your enclosed magnetic whiteboards where they are some what protected from the elements then they should perform all that much better for you.
The case dimensions of our enclosed dry erase boards are as follows: 1" wide main frame, 1 7/16" wide door frame, 2" exterior depth and 5/8" interior depth.

Normal lead-time is about 3 weeks to ship from the factory and summer lead-times may be longer. Summer time is the busiest season for enclosed boards and dry erase boards because of all of the school orders that factories receive.
An enclosed magnetic whiteboard is an excellent solution to when you need a dry erase surface, want to use a magnetic receptive surface and have the need to lock up and secure your message. Because the dry erase writing surface is porcelain over steel you can also use the enclosed boards as a bulletin board if you use magnets to hold up your notices
